Cauliflower, roasted

Method

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees fahrenheit
  • Prep the cauliflower - slice off the nubby base, break or slice up into whatever chunky chunk sizes you'd like
  • Grab a baking tray. Line it with parchment or silicone if you'd like, for slightly easier cleanup. Toss the cauliflower with the olive oil, salt, and pepper. Arrange it in an even layer.
  • Bake until it’s deeply golden on the edges, tossing halfway, about 25 to 35 minutes.

Notes

  • Wanna try roasting this in a plain way, then dipping in shrimp cocktail sauce, cause I kind want shrimp cocktail but don't really want the shrimp.
