Honey syrup
Ingredients
Method
- Boil some water. Let it cool a bit.
- Add the honey to a metal bowl. Then gradually pour the water over it, stirring to combine as you go
- Store in an old soy sauce bottle in the fridge
Notes
- Love this for tea and matcha! Much easier to dissolve than straight honey... especially for iced beverages in the summer.
