1 cup dark chocolate
0.5 cups maple syrup
1 tbsp orange zest, plus more to garnish (from 1 orange)

"method": "1. Thoroughly drain the tofu, using a mesh strainer for example\n2. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler by placing the chocolate in a heat-proof bowl, and set over a half-filled pot of simmering water. Once the chocolate is melted, set it aside to cool for 10-15 minutes.\n3. Place the well-drained tofu, maple syrup, orange zest, vanilla, salt, and aleppo pepper in the food processor. Blitz until smooth.\n4. Add the chocolate and blend until silky\n5. Divide the mixture between 6-8 ramekins or serving glasses and let it sit in the fridge for at least 2 hours, this will help it set a bit more. Serve with desired garnish.\n",
