  "method": "*   Put a pot of water on to boil - this takes about 8 minutes, set a timer!\n*   Add tapioca balls to boiling water - stir as you add them to stop them from sticking together\n*   Turn down to medium, leave at a gentle boil for 25 mins\n*   Turn off, let sit, covered, for 25 mins\n*   Prep tea - if doing iced tea, shake with sweetener and ice before adding boba\n*   Scoop boba with a slotted spoon, add to tea\n",
