"method": "* If bread is really stale, toss with some water first to get the moisture a little more evened out.\n* Toss bread in olive oil. Top with salt. Could also add spices, pepper is a great start.\n* Bake at 400 F for about 10 minutes. Check often though, they burn quick. Take em out just *before* they look perfectly golden - they'll crunch up a bit, and even brown a little bit more, as they cool down.\n",
