Potato Breakfast Hash

Ingredients

  • 1 medium potato

  • 0.25 cups water

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp flour or corn starch

  • salt and pepper

  • zaatar, nooch, chili flakes (optional)

  • spinach (optional)

  • green onion (optional)

Method

  • Toss everything
  • Cook in water on level "6", with steam lid maybe?
  • Cook and toss, to keep things even
  • Last step, add spinach
  • Top with green onion to serve

Notes

  • Used to make this, haven't made it in a while, would love to get back into it!
