"method": "* Sort through the peanuts, removing any dirt of debris\n* Rinse the peanuts, pop em in the instant pot container\n* Add salt, add enough water to cover (but be sure not to overfill your Instant Pot!)\n* Stir till the salt's dissolved\n* Peanuts will float, you'll need to weigh em down. Use a metal trivet with a weight on top. A small oven-proof glass dish can work well as the weight. Lock the lid, close the vent.\n* Cook on high pressure for 2 hours or more\n* Allow the pressure to release naturally... then serve and enjoy!\n",
