"notes": "* You can vary the dried fruit, and add nuts and seeds and so on. Pumpkin seeds are one of my favourite things to add. Once you find a mix you like, making this in big batches can be nice.\n* I make a big ten-times-the-size batch of this, and store it in my pantry. Then I use 1-cup deli container, add a tenth of the dry mix, then top the container up with plant milk, mix it, and let it sit overnight. I do about 3-4 containers at a time. Nice quick breakfast prep!\n* I've tried using the food processor to chop up the dried fruit. Works pretty well! You can toss a handful of oats in with the dried fruit, to keep things from getting super stuck together.\n",
