Lentil Wraps

Ingredients

  • 50 grams dry red lentils (0.25 cups)

  • 150 grams water (use soaking water?)

  • 2 tbsp ground flax seed

Method

  • Soak lentils for 4+ hours
  • Blend everything together in a powerful blender. Transfer to a container to set a little bit, and immediately rinse out the blender.
  • After mixture has set for 10-15 minutes, adjust consistency by adding water, to get a thin, crepe-like batter
  • Cook like crepes
