60 g dried mushrooms, rehydrated overnight, with boiling water (save the water!), then chopped into very small pieces (food processor is a good idea)
Liquid from rehydrating mushrooms
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp garlic powder
3 drops liquid smoke
1 tbsp chili flakes
2 tbsp yellow miso
1 vegetable bouillon cube
1 tbsp italian seasoning, or tomato herb spice mix
... thyme and cumin?
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 cup tapioca starch
... flax egg or two?
1 can lentils
1/2 cup oats
BBQ sauce for glaze
Salt and pepper

"method": "* SautΓ© onion in olive oil. Add garlic. Add carrots. Add celery. Cook until \"getting there\".\n* Add chopped mushrooms (reserve their liquid).\n* Add all seasonings, and cook a little more.\n* Combine everything except the BBQ sauce in a big bowl. Mash together a bit. Season to taste, adding more of the seasoning ingredients as you see fit.\n* Also check for consistency - should be almost kind of doughy. Needs to stick together, so that it slices nicely.\n* Cook in preheated 350Λ F oven for ~ 45 minutes.\n",
