"method": "* Preheat oven to 225Λ F.\n* Rinse and thoroughly dry the kale.\n* Tear kale into small pieces, and discard any stems.\n* In a large bowl, drizzle the kale with the oil and sprinkle the salt and seasoning over everything.\n* Massage the oil and seasoning into the kale.\n* Spread the kale on a large baking sheet - maybe two baking sheets. You don't want things touching much.\n* Bake for 15 minutes, then turn the pans and toss the kale if possible.\n* Bake for about another 10 minutes, keeping an eye on things to prevent burning.\n",
