Horchata

Ingredients

  • 2 cups water

  • 1 cup (200g) cooked brown rice

  • 1 tbsp brown sugar, or maple syrup

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp cinnamon, to taste

Method

  • Set aside 1 cup of water
  • Chuck everything else in a blender
  • Blend on high till nice and combined
  • Add the last 1 cup of water, blend again
  • Enjoy!

Notes

  • Haven't tried yet, or maybe tried once when I first got my Vitamix, but have since forgotten about it.
