"notes": "* 2023-03-29 - made this at the loft! Kept it pretty darn simple - about a third of a fennel bulb, thinly sliced (mandoline would have been nice); half a medium-large-ish navel orange, cut into lil chunks; and then drizzled with about a tablespoon of olive oil, maybe a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar, and a lil pinch of salt. Sprinkled sesame seeds but those were definitely optional. Would love to try crushed candied nuts with this some time. I feel like croutons wouldnβt really go as well.\n",
