"method": "* Preheat oven to 350ΛF.\n* Use a bowl large enough to hold the tofu block.\n* Whisk together everything except the tofu to form a smooth mixture in the bowl.\n* Open tofu and drain (no need to press, a bit of moisture is fine).\n* Crumble the tofu into the bowl, into small-ish chunks.\n* Spread onto a baking sheet lined with aluminium foil.\n* Bake at 350ΛF for ~ 35 minutes, till chunks are crispy and well browned.\n",
