Carrot, cut into rough and small julienne
Cucumber, cut into rough and small julienne
That Korean yellow pickled radish stuff (danmuji, I guess? Daikon thatβs pickled somehow)
Tasty fried tofu, then soaked in some kind of brown sugar soy sauce mix
Sauce, soy saucy, rice vinegar too probably, maybe a lil sesame oil, definitely a little bit of something spicy
Cilantro to garnish
Sprinkled peanuts to garnish
