Chickpea Nutella

Ingredients

  • 250 grams cooked chickpeas

  • 40 grams cocoa powder

  • 60 grams almond butter

  • 60 grams water

  • 50 grams maple syrup

  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract

  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon

  • 0.125 tsp salt

Method

  • Toss in a big bowl, then blend with an immersion blender till combined
  • If it's too thick, add a tablespoon of water at a time till you get your desired consistency
  • Keeps for around a week in the fridge!
