"method": "1. **Scrub Beets**Β β clean the beats and remove any dirt or dust.\n2. **Cut off roots and stems**Β β this will make them easier to peel later\n3. **Pressure Cook**Β β Place a rack in the bottom of an instant potΒ and add 1 cup water.
